When you submit a roster request or enquiry we collect the name, email address and company you give us, plus anything you choose to write in the message. We also collect basic technical information automatically — IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you view through our own analytics.

How We Use It

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to assess representation and partnership opportunities, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use technical information to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who We Share It With

We share information with service providers who help us operate — email, hosting, analytics and CRM providers under contracts that limit them to processing it on our instructions. Where a brand deal or booking requires it, we share only what is necessary for that engagement, with your knowledge. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up. Records tied to a signed engagement are kept for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
